From the brands and makers shaping the category to the communities that gather around it, MOIC sits at the center of a cultural movement built on nostalgia, creativity, and shared joy.<br><br>As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Creative PM to help bring structure, momentum, and timeline management to our creative projects. This role sits at the intersection of big imagination and meticulous execution — perfect for an experienced freelancer who knows how to hit the ground running and make an immediate impact.<br><br>What You'll Do<br><br>Creative Production &amp; Project Leadership<br><br><ul><li>Own the end-to-end lifecycle of creative projects across campaigns and marketing channels, from brief through to final delivery.</li><li>Build and maintain production timelines and project plans, keeping every stakeholder aligned on what's happening and when.</li><li>Translate creative concepts into actionable workstreams without losing the vision.</li><li>Support the SVP of Marketing &amp; Brand Director with kick-off meetings, creative reviews, and production check-ins.</li><li>Manage multiple concurrent projects simultaneously across your contracted hours. <br><br></li></ul>Process &amp; Workflow Management<br><br><ul><li>Champion creative process standards — ensuring briefs are clear, feedback loops are tight, and nothing goes into production without the right approvals.</li><li>Own and maintain Asana boards, workflows, and templates so the creative team stays focused on making, not chasing.</li><li>Identify workflow inefficiencies and proactively recommend improvements.</li><li>Maintain version control and asset organisation across projects.</li><li>Support the Director, Marketing Strategy &amp; Ops with timelines that feed into the broader Marketing team timelines.<br><br></li></ul>Cross-Functional Collaboration<br><br><ul><li>Gather and clarify briefs from internal stakeholders before they reach the creatives.</li><li>Manage external vendor relationships — photographers, videographers, fabricators, and agencies — within the scope of your projects.<br><br></li></ul>Budgets &amp; Resources<br><br><ul><li>Manage vendor estimates and POs as required.</li><li>Manage contract creative team budgets in support of the Director, Marketing Strategy &amp; Ops<br><br></li></ul>Reporting &amp; Communication<br><br><ul><li>Produce clear status updates and project recaps for the team and senior stakeholders.</li><li>Support in the maintenance of a shared creative calendar with visibility into upcoming campaigns and milestones.</li><li>Run post-mortems on completed projects and feed learnings back into process.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Contract Details<br><br></strong><ul><li>This is a temporary contractor role</li><li>The hourly pay is between $65/hr-$75/hr </li><li>Commitment: Approx. 20-30 hours per week</li><li>Duration: 3 months, with potential to extend</li><li>Location: Remote<br><br></li></ul><strong>Requirements<br><br></strong><ul><li>Expert in creative production and project management, ideally within a consumer brand, agency, or experiential environment.</li><li>Proven ability to manage creative workflows across digital, social, print, and video.</li><li>Expert-level proficiency in Asana, with experience building workflows and templates independently.</li><li>A clear, confident communicator who earns trust quickly — with creatives, stakeholders, and vendors alike.</li><li>Comfortable owning budgets and managing vendor relationships with minimal oversight.</li><li>Calm under pressure, solutions-oriented, and highly organized.</li><li>Available for a consistent part-time commitment each week (hours to be agreed at contract stage).</li><li>Able to work independently as a contractor — you manage your own time and hit your deadlines.</li></ul><br/><br/>Please mention the word **REFORMS** and tag RMTA2LjAuNjIuODU= when applying to show you read the job post completely (#RMTA2LjAuNjIuODU=).
